From the initial quotation to final move in Falcon did a great job and shout out to my 2 guys, Santos and Jose really worked hard and were professional throughout! Was a long, hard day for them and they were great!

Tim & Jared made our move so smooth! They were on time. Completed the move promptly and came in under our quote. Nothing was damaged and it was all taken care of. Also their rate compared to other companies was very competitive.

Jared and Carlos were extremely professional and even helped with suggestions to find the best position for any room. Jared and Carlos were quick but they never rushed they made sure everything is secure and set up. Jared and Carlos are exceptional employees and they should be recognized for being able to work so well with each other they know how to split up work so the move is quick.

My boyfriend contacted this company, did a wonderful job! They were very responsive and put everything where we wanted it to be. They arrived on time and started to grab things right away! We definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

Falcon staff very responsive and the moving team was very friendly and professional. They could have organize our move a little bit better with 2 stops. One truck could have come directly to our new home, while 2nd truck made the stop to drop off a few items at another home. This was tough move on a snowy day and not easy for the moving team. Overall they got the done I would recommend them again. Thank you Jordan, Jose, James, gio, and Alex.

My move went absolutely wonderful… Jordan, Jordan and Josh was a well oiled machine as a team, they worked together collectively and individually with each of them having their own speciality/task in an effort to keep everything moving smoothly. I totally appreciated how they wrapped everything to prevention, if I happen to be in the way looking on they would have wrapped me. It was absolutely seamless with no flaws and timely. They were on time and moved me in freezing snowy weather, they worked through the thick and slippery ice and still completed the job on time. If I ever move again, I will definitely use them… thank you my J-Team!!!

I hired Falcon Moving for my move this last Thursday. I had an incredibly heavy bedroom set I knew was going to be a huge task. BE AWARE, The estimate and contract need to be closly reviewed, the salesman will lure you with very reasonable rates when you speak to them via phone and it can be very confusing as for what the estimate says, and what the contract stipulates if you don't comprahensively understand the bait and switch sales tactics, they will charge you a Labor hourly rate from point A to point B, yet the estimate does not reflect this, yet the contract does, additionally, the estimate reflects a truck and travel fee, BUT thats from their shop to your location, and from the unloading/delivery point of your move and then from that destination back to thier shop, so they will charge you a $145.00 per hour fee for 2 men from loading destination to unloading destination, when the estimate only stipulates travel to loading destination, and from unloading destenation, so I PAID $400.OO OVER THE ESTIMATE, But that's because I also was confused as to how the bait and switch works, BUT I NOW KNOW, SO BE AWARE, as for the equipment and personel, all was excellant, and the movers,DARION, AND JOHNThey were professional and executed every thing excellantly with my very heavy Mahogony furnature

Falcon Moving company saved me from a bogus moving company that I paid $800 for their service and they still dumped my belongings in the freight elevator overnight without informing me. My property manager called me that all my stuff were in the elevator. Falcon Moving company came to my rescue in less than an hour notice, Thank you Carlos and Jordan. My first time using a professional company to move out of state. Four guys and a truck! They were amazing! I could tell Jordan Z was the lead as he sized up the contents left in my house after they had emptied my storage space with their truck and loaded that into the long-distance moving truck. Jordan was very kind and truthful in telling me what he could foresee. He was exactly right. I really appreciate how well he led the three guys on his crew, John, Uriel, and Domingo. They were hard workers, but Jordan kept them moving very quickly, by motivating with no criticism, but encouragement. They were all very polite and loved what they were doing. Always pleasant to be around people who love their job! I would highly recommend this team!

We had to downsize from a large house to a smaller one. We got rid of a lot of stuff before the move, but it was a stressful move, and we had more stuff to move than we thought was going to fit in our new house. Nonetheless, they made it work! We also had buyers who were very picky, and had already asked for many concessions before we sold the house. These guys made sure that EVERYTHING was protected, and thankfully, the buyer didn't come back and ask for any credits for repairs, because nothing got damaged.They say that not all super heroes wear capes, and that couldn't be more true for this team.A+++++ 😃

Darion and Jaime were awesome, I was really impressed with how quickly they moved and how professional they were. Darion especially seemed very knowledgeable about moving. Neither of them stopped for a second! I was a little disappointed with the dispatch service as we were supposed to have a third person, but they never showed. And the dispatch service did not offer any compensation for not providing the two movers with a third coworker.

I was very pleased with the all around service I received from Falcon Moving. Austen reached out to me very quickly after I submitted a request for an estimate online. (Several other companies never responded to my requests) Austen was very professional and easy to get in touch with. I received text messages with reminders and suggestions for things I hadn’t considered while planning my move, which was helpful. On the day of the move, Jordan and another gentleman arrived early and helped me make some last minute decisions. They finished the job in half of the estimated time and left the house untouched. As a whole, customer service was exceptional and would highly recommend.

This is for the 2nd time we have used this company. This move was out of state. We paid for packing and moving. The only real issue with the packing was that many of the boxes were not marked as to which room they came from which would have helped greatly when unpacking.The moving crew ( Darion B, Untih M & Uriel R) showed up on time and completed loading and unloading within the estimated time frame. They remained professional and respectful at all times and used care as to not damage any furniture or walls.Total charges were within the estimated amount and no extra charges were requestedIf I had to move again in the area I would use this company again.Showed up on time. Completed move with no wasted time. Crew was professional and respectful at all times. We plan to use them again to remove leftover junk and clean old place to prep for sale.
