  • What should I know about the delivery of my goods?

    It isn’t unusual for the driver to ask for, or expect payment of, transportation charges before the truck is unloaded—or before the van doors are opened. If a shipment is delivered on more than one truck, the mover can choose whether to collect charges for each portion of the shipment as delivered—or all at once.

  • How far in advance should I schedule my move?

    We usually can give you a pretty accurate quote over the phone based on the information and inventory you provide. We do suggest an on-site estimate if you have a larger home (4+ bedrooms), commercial move (office space) or any unusual items (pool table, piano, hot tubs ect.) Estimates are non-biding and free of charge.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards, cash or cashier’s check/money order. No personal checks unless previously agreed on.
