Monday Josh, Patrick & Luis came by all energetic to move me. They had stairs on both ends of the move and just ran up them for 6 hours!! There was one room that had so much nostalgia in it that Luis helped me decide what to throw out & what to pack. Very help full for 75 years of pictures & memorable. Today my things were move into a 10 x 30 storage unit byChristian, Patrick and Daniel. I could not be more pleased with the way they protected my stuff and utilized the space ideally. Falcon has moved us twice! The first time was a local move and our original movers backed out at the last minute. Falcon saved us by scheduling us in (without extra fees) and got us moved with less than 1 week notice (during busy moving season nonetheless). The second time was an out of state move. We underestimated our items (we thought we could do it without a physical appraisal) and ran out of room in the truck! They came back the next day (we were out of state by then) and loaded the remaining items and cautiously loaded and wrapped our Gold Wing (yes we trusted them with it- they are that trustworthy) and brought the balance of our items to our new home. Shout out to Josh, Jordan, Luis, Daniel, Brian and all the other behind the scenes workers!

I have to say this company was great to work with! I had a slight emergency situation. Had a piano to load onto a trailer, however, the mover we hired never showed up. We were scheduled to head home in 12 hours and needed the piano loaded asap. I called Falcon and spoke to David. I explained my situation and he was able to accommodate the 2 hour turn around I needed to get this loaded so we could be on our way. I didn't get the names of the gentlemen who helped us, but truly appreciated that they were able to help us with only a 2 hour notice! We have more items that will need to be moved so we will definitely be calling them! Was also surprised to find out the fee was comparable to the original quote from the guy who didn't show up. Thank you for not taking advantage of my emergency situation.

Had to move fast due to change of plans. This company helped in 24- Hour notice. Professional and very friendly owner, he will work with you on any issues - very strong customer support. All items were very secure and arrived safely. Truck was newer and neat appearance. Movers were nice and polite. Only items I would suggest is pay on credit card, as handling cash second hand could have been an issue. As with any business always make sure to have it in writing prior to the move. Overall the move went very well. The loading crew of Alcides, Bryan, Hunter, and Richard did an amazing job. The loading took less time than expected and everything fit in the truck with room to spare. This allowed Richard, the driver, to arrive at the new house in a different state the evening before the scheduled time. And he did a great job helping with the unloading. Partly due to my lack of experience with such moves, and differences between local and out of state moves, there was some confusion about various things. But Jason was very accessible and all issues were clarified and the move went well. Thanks very much to everyone.

I have had two excellent experiences with Falcon!For the first one, I had a crew of two out to help me pack and move stuff around for staging my home. They were amazing.For the big move, I had a crew of 4 for over 8 hours! They were awesome! This was CJ’s crew.Both crews were super kind, courteous, worked extremely well together, worked safely and efficiently, and CJ was a wonderful leader.I’ll have one last crew tomorrow to complete my move and have no doubt that they will do a great job!They came highly recommended and the cost was excellent. Flacon Moving had been great since day one. We received a phone call with the estimate and they went over everything in great detail. Then the day before the move, they followed up asking for any changes being made and if we had any questions. On the day of the move, they were punctual, in fact they were early. The 3 strong men, Josh, Luis and Andreas, took great care with our furniture and boxes. I would use Falcon Moving again.

Christian, Kristian and Andres couldn't have been any more helpful on my moving day. They were so fast and efficient, it was fascinating to watch them work, truly professionals. I was only moving 15 minutes away but they still treated my belongings as if I was moving cross country, wrapping everything in clean pads and then shrink wrapping and taping. They showed up on time, introduced themselves, explained what the plan was, asked if I had any questions or concerns and then got to work. I think it was Jordan who did the estimate with me and the time quoted came out just right so there were no surprises there either. If you need a moving company that you KNOW you will able to count on then Falcon is for you.

Our crew was Luis, Alcides, and Daniel, they were so respectful to us and careful with our furniture and things! Everything was wrapped beautifully, no damage to anything. We moved from northern Illinois to southern Wisconsin, and we got it all done in one day. Everyone was tired, but still friendly and thorough. What a blessing to have them do our heavy lifting! Had a great experience - they showed up 10 minutes early which was perfect for me, and were very easy to work with. They did a great job of taking care of my items and making sure they were where I wanted them to be upon entering the new location. The quote I was given was spot on for what I paid (for context I had everything packed myself and only had them take what was listed) and the move in total took 3 hours! I will definitely be using them for my next move!

Falcon was outstanding to work with at every step of the moving process: from the initial phone call, to assessing and quoting, to communication ahead of the move, and the actual moving day. I was shocked by how fast the movers loaded and unloaded, and totally impressed by how thorough they were and careful to wrap and protect our furniture. Not a single item was damaged, they took great care of my large plants and antique pieces, and they even came in under budget! Their dispatch team was also in touch at several points in the day with updates. I can't say enough good things--while I don't plan on moving again any time soon, whenever I do, it will be with Falcon.

Amazing moving experience. Cannot speak highly enough of crew lead Demetrius and apprentice Brian. They were an incredible duo and 100% attentive,, professional, friendly, and extremely careful when moving our items. I assisted on a couple difficult items and they were very thankful and appreciative. Cannot recommend this company enough. Love that they offer extra services and free wardrobe boxes. Also love that the estimate was done via video call so there were no surprises. After the estimate you were able to adjust your inventory which was super handy.Will recommend Falcon to anyone planning a move. From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. Shopping Process: We contacted four different moving companies, and falcon was the only one who did not try to overcharge us by inflating the number of movers or time required.Day of Move: Patrick and Demetrius arrived ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. They were polite, and did a great job wrapping everything to make sure it didn’t get damaged.Other things to note: falcon charges a minimum of three hours, so be aware of that if you have a small job. To save yourself, some money, try to disassemble any large furniture in advance. And finally, don’t forget to tip the movers.

Update- Jason the owner reached out to me directly to address and resolve my concerns about my move. They are receptive to feedback and will do what they can to make it right.I’ve used Falcon moving for a few different moves and also used their storage unit offering. I have to say that after my most recent move, this is the last time I’ll hire them.The movers themselves are great. They always arrive on time and are polite and respectful. The problem with this company is with the logistics. My most recent move I had specifically asked for multiple wardrobe boxes and to help me pack my kitchen ware. They didn’t arrive with packing paper even though I had specifically asked for it and didn’t have wardrobe boxes either. They essentially put all my kitchenware and clothes into a large box with furniture pads to protect them. Needless to say, these items all got extremely dirty. Nothing broke luckily, but they certainly make a big deal about getting my inventory correct, yet do not return the same level of concern for the items they need to supply.Their storage experience is also less than desirable. I had a dining table that was stored disassembled, and upon moving it out they could not find its hardware. They also wrapped my couch so tightly that it deformed the couch. You also can’t easily access anything in storage, and if you want something from the storage unit, they charge you.Overall, my experience with this company has been mediocre. I wouldn’t consider any of my moves to be complex, but they just missed the mark often.

Demetrius, Patrick, and Sylvestre were great for our full pack. They arrived on time, walked through our house to take a look at what was needed, asked clarifying questions, and then got to work.
