I used Falcon last week for the first half of my move to get my things into a storage unit. Smoothest move I’ve EVER had to where I’m absolutely using Falcon again for the second half of my move to my new place. Richard and Josh were great. They were actually here 15 minutes early (never had movers be early before most of the time they’re t least an hour late if not more). They went through the house to see what they needed to help move and in less than an hour everything was ready to go. Got to our destination and everything was unpacked quickly and efficiently. We actually finished an entire hour earlier than I was quoted which was also amazing. Moving is one of my least favorite things and is so stressful for me which is why I broke my move into 2 moves and this was just so easy and organized. Fantastic experience.

Amazing moving experience. Cannot speak highly enough of crew lead Demetrius and apprentice Brian. They were an incredible duo and 100% attentive,, professional, friendly, and extremely careful when moving our items. I assisted on a couple difficult items and they were very thankful and appreciative. Cannot recommend this company enough. Love that they offer extra services and free wardrobe boxes. Also love that the estimate was done via video call so there were no surprises. After the estimate you were able to adjust your inventory which was super handy.Will recommend Falcon to anyone planning a move. From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. Shopping Process: We contacted four different moving companies, and falcon was the only one who did not try to overcharge us by inflating the number of movers or time required.Day of Move: Patrick and Demetrius arrived ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. They were polite, and did a great job wrapping everything to make sure it didn’t get damaged.Other things to note: falcon charges a minimum of three hours, so be aware of that if you have a small job. To save yourself, some money, try to disassemble any large furniture in advance. And finally, don’t forget to tip the movers.

Update- Jason the owner reached out to me directly to address and resolve my concerns about my move. They are receptive to feedback and will do what they can to make it right.I’ve used Falcon moving for a few different moves and also used their storage unit offering. I have to say that after my most recent move, this is the last time I’ll hire them.The movers themselves are great. They always arrive on time and are polite and respectful. The problem with this company is with the logistics. My most recent move I had specifically asked for multiple wardrobe boxes and to help me pack my kitchen ware. They didn’t arrive with packing paper even though I had specifically asked for it and didn’t have wardrobe boxes either. They essentially put all my kitchenware and clothes into a large box with furniture pads to protect them. Needless to say, these items all got extremely dirty. Nothing broke luckily, but they certainly make a big deal about getting my inventory correct, yet do not return the same level of concern for the items they need to supply.Their storage experience is also less than desirable. I had a dining table that was stored disassembled, and upon moving it out they could not find its hardware. They also wrapped my couch so tightly that it deformed the couch. You also can’t easily access anything in storage, and if you want something from the storage unit, they charge you.Overall, my experience with this company has been mediocre. I wouldn’t consider any of my moves to be complex, but they just missed the mark often.

I had a very pleasant experience with Falcon Moving. When I put in a request for information they were prompt to get in touch with me and give me an estimate. On moving day they were there promptly at their estimated arrival time. Jessie and Ethan were incredibly professional and even offered to help me with the things I said I would move myself because I knew they were improperly packed by getting them packed up the correct way for me. I had one specific piece of furniture that I have had damaged in two previous moves, and after telling them that they took extra care even though it was a ridiculously heavy piece. They worked hard from the moment they arrived until the moment they left.It is expensive, but you pay for the quality you receive. I'm hoping to not need the service again for years, but if I do I would use Falcon again and specifically request them.

We hired 3 guys to help unload our trailer into a storage unit. They assigned 1 guy to organize things in the unit and 2 guys to unload the truck. The guy inside the unit hurt himself and had a complete temper tantrum. He cursed and made a scene at the workers inside the storage unit before leaving the job. We were very embarrassed and uncomfortable. This ordeal took about an 30-60 minutes away from them all working and we still had to pay for that time. A few weeks later when we started to remove furniture from the unit to put into our new place we found that everything was damaged and scratched up. The bed frames, dinner table, and dressers have deep scratches. A storage cabinet and dresser have broken peices. The mattress was dragged along the ground, plastic covered pulled away, so that it's caked in dirt on one side. We tipped very, very well and I really wish we hadn't. I do not recommend this company.

Falcon is such a great moving company. Chris and James were workers I worked with. They are most efficiency workers that I know of. All of my stuff came to my new house with ALL good condition. Not one piece got broken! Their organization skills, their plans, and skills of moving each specific item truly made me admire both of them. And I’m sure each work are great workers just like these two. Jason the owner really picks and chooses his great team!!! The movers worked hard. Unfortunately the owner understaffs the jobs with the wrong size truck and limited help. You will find yourself paying double after. The movers are awesome. Some polite, some clearly underpaid, but the owner doesnt do a proper estimate and it leaves you paying a great amount after.Pay the price and go to a more professional company thats more accurate in pricing. The extra hundred you spend now will save you a thousand later.

Being unable to get a referral from a friend, I went to the Better Business Bureau for help. When Jason from Falcon responded, I was encouraged by his helpfulness and the A+ rating. The quote was reasonable and complete. Follow up from Jason and others increased my confidence. Revish and Jamie who handled the move were professional, friendly and efficient. Arrived on time, finished within quoted time and handled each piece as one would hope. I could not ask for more.

We had a heavy piece of furniture of 375lbs that needed to be moved up 4 floors. Jason in the office was extremely professional in going through the measurements for the turns and the operational plan of straps, tools, and protection (floor and furniture) necessary. The crew arrived in 2 days, awesome response time, and the team of Jordan, Pat, and Christian. They prepared by wrapping my cabinet with mover blankets, shrink wrap, and straps. They moved my cabinet as if the slightest rub or touch on anything, but the floor would damage the cabinet. The Falcon team is over the top the best moving team I have ever used (10-12 moves for me in my lifetime).

We recently used Falcon Moving for a local move. They were excellent! The office was very easy to reach and they were very responsive to all our questions. The movers, Christian and Ramone did a very professional job of making sure everything was packed well and moved properly. The cost was a little higher than the original quote, but that was not their fault. The place were moving from had issues with the elevators. In today's world of poor to nonexistent customer service Falcon Moving exceeded expectations. From our initial contact with Stephanie, streams of emails and texts and our actual moving experience Falcon was outstanding. Stephanie, our advisor, made initial contact within 5 minutes of our asking for an estimate. Throughout the process she kept in contact and made sure we were comfortable and checked that our moving inventory was correct. We can't say enough about our moving team. James and Andres were also outstanding. Our move into our new residence wasn't easy. They had to navigate several stairs and a small passenger elevator. The guys were efficient, worked super hard and made sure we completed our move within the estimated time. They also maintained and positive attitude Laughed and joked with us. Great guys! I recently used Falcon Moving Company for my move to our new house. This was the first time I have moved in over 28 years and this company was the BEST to work with and made the move easy. Jason the owner took his time to walk me thru everything and did a great job of explaining the quote and what to expect. I had John and Joe the day of the move and they were awesome! The mover damage ever big item that was moved, the truck inside were dirty, the movers arrvied an hour late and were not effcient or not very friendly. I moved three times over the last 5 years with three different moving companing and by far the worse experience.
